World Champion Bebeto Oliveira on the Mats at R. E. Training Center
Carlos Bebeto Oliveira, the 2x 2024 World Champion was on the mats on August 10th for a seminar. Bebeto is the reigning rooster weight world champion, as well as the 2024 Master 1 Light Featherweight world champion. He is the first man to win both an adult world championship and a Master world championship in the same year. At R. E. Training Center he passed on great details about his guard game, in particular pulling guard into De La Riva, and using spider guard.
Bebeto is known for beating some of the best in the world, and has been a force on the competition Jiu Jitsu scene for many years. He was born in Ceará, Brazil, but now lives in Fayetteville, AR. We hope to have him back sometime soon!
